"The pallet line places tough demands on the equipment – vibrations and sawdust are part of everyday life, and we positioned the printer right at the corner saw where conditions are at their harshest. Maintenance requirements have proven to be minimal even in that environment.
The print distance means we can mark even pallets where the wings extend slightly beyond the blocks – without having to modify the line or compromise on placement. Changing layouts or stamps is handled by our own staff – no service visits, no downtime.
Compared to burn marking, the difference is significant. The fire risk is gone, changeover times have been cut considerably and the working environment has improved noticeably – no smoke, no heat and no smell in the facility.
