No, the system is very reliable. Thanks to a long print distance, the print head can be placed behind a robust mechanical protection, which minimizes fiber build-up and protects against damage. We have printers in full production just half a meter from the corner cutters that are easily cleaned about every two weeks .

How complicated is it to adjust to EUDR requirements?

It's extremely simple. Instead of ordering new physical branding stamps, you simply change the layout in the software. You can generate unique QR codes for each individual package completely automatically.

Is the technology difficult for operators to learn?

No, the interface is reminiscent of a smartphone. Changing labels is done with a few taps on a screen instead of mechanically changing red-hot stamps.

Yes, the printer can automatically retrieve data for each order, eliminating manual handling and ensuring that the right QR code ends up on the right product.

How do I know that your product suits us and works in our production?

We can perform print tests directly on your own material in our lab in Mölndal. The tests are conducted at realistic line speeds and print distances, to mimic how the marking will look in your actual production environment.If necessary, we are also happy to come to you and carry out test installations on site, directly on your production line.

Where are your products manufactured and developed?

Our printers are developed by GSI's development team locally here in Sweden, specifically in Mölndal.The core of the development team consists of engineers with nearly 20 years each in the marking industry and industrial inkjet printers.The printers are manufactured at GSI's headquarters in Atlanta, USA. Our unique inks are also developed and manufactured there!
