Our Swedish-developed marking systems consist of high-performance, high-resolution industrial inkjet printers, optimized for UV-curable inks and designed for continuous operation (24/7) in demanding production environments.

We print barcodes, QR codes and IPPC markings directly onto wood, cardboard, metal and plastic – without labels or pre-treatment.
For the pallet industry, for example, we are EPAL-approved to write QR codes in black/white directly on EPAL pallets, with documented readability and contrast according to current requirements.

Ink
Our printers use unique UV-curable inks with the following advantages over conventional inks in high-resolution industrial systems:

Instant curing with energy-efficient LED-UV – the print is immediately ready for further handling without drying time.

No bleeding or penetration into the material after curing.

Sharp and clear code reproduction even on wood and other porous surfaces , which provides good readability for barcodes and QR codes even in tough production environments with dust and varying material quality.

Very good adhesion to both porous and non-porous materials.

Data integration
GSI's printers are network-based and developed from the ground up for easy integration into industrial IT and automation environments.
The systems can communicate and interface with basically all types of higher-level systems – regardless of whether they are modern business systems, production systems (MES), databases or PLC controls.
This minimizes the need for changes to the customer's system and reduces both costs and risks when upgrading or replacing systems.
ABOUT US
GSI – Graphic Solid Inks has been developing specialty inks and industrial marking solutions for demanding production environments since 2010. In 2021, the first proprietary printing systems were launched in the Colorize™ and NoLabel™ product families, developed for marking and direct printing in the wood industry, pallet manufacturing, packaging and other industrial applications.
The printers are Swedish-developed . Both hardware and software are designed in Sweden by the same team that currently runs GSI Nordic . We remain responsible for technical development and continuously develop both software, functionality and system architecture based on real industry requirements.
GSI Nordic is Swedish-owned and was founded in 2023 to be responsible for distribution, installation and technical support in the Nordic region. The company is new, but the expertise is solid.
The founders each have over 20 years of experience in industrial printers, labeling and system integration and are still actively driving the development of the platform – both in terms of hardware, software and new features.
For our customers, operational reliability is crucial . That's why our most important employees are often those closest to production: our installers and service technicians. They are seasoned specialists with extensive experience from sawmills, pallet industries, paper mills and other environments where dust, vibrations, moisture and high speeds place high demands on both equipment and service.
Many of them you have likely encountered before in the industry. They have deep practical knowledge of your production lines and applications and know what it takes to keep your labeling running smoothly – 24/7 .
