  • Contact details (voluntary): If you contact us through the contact form or by email, we collect your name, your email address and the content of your message. In the form you can also enter your company and phone number.
  • Technical data (automatic): When you visit the website, our hosting provider Cloudflare processes technical data such as IP address and browser type to deliver the pages and protect the website against attacks.

We do not use Google Analytics or other tools that track you across websites.

4. Legal basis for processing

  • Legitimate interest: We process contact details so that we can answer your questions, and technical data to maintain the security of the website.

5. Third-party services and data transfers

  • Cloudflare: The website and the contact form run on Cloudflare. The form is protected against spam with Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a human is sending it. Cloudflare is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.
  • Microsoft 365: Messages from the contact form are sent as email and stored in our mailbox at Microsoft 365. Microsoft is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.

6. Cookies

The website does not use cookies for analytics or marketing, so no cookie banner is needed. Cloudflare may set strictly necessary cookies that protect the website against automated attacks. They contain no information that identifies you and are not used to track you.

7. Retention

  • Correspondence: We keep emails and messages from the contact form only as long as necessary to handle your enquiry.
  • Technical data: Cloudflare keeps technical logs for a short time for operations and security.

8. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to:

  • Request access to the personal data we hold about you.
  • Request correction or deletion of your data.
  • Object to how we process your data.
